New Features
-
Stripe Connect
With the addition of Stripe Connect, companies now have complete control over their registration fees. Funds are deposited directly into your connected Stripe account, eliminating payout delays and giving you immediate access to your money. Whether you’re managing a free event or collecting registration fees, CE Zoom no longer acts as the middleman—empowering you with faster, more transparent financial management.

-
Email Verification
Ensures account security and improves communication reliability by requiring users to validate their email addresses when creating a new account or updating an existing one. This helps confirm ownership, reduce errors, prevent unauthorized changes, and stops the creation of duplicate accounts.
-
CAPTCHA on Sign-Up
Adds an extra layer of security during account creation by requiring users to complete a CAPTCHA. This helps prevent spam, reduces bot-created accounts, and ensures that only real users can register.
-
Account Manager Access for CE Zoom Tech Support
You now have control over the permission settings granted to CE Zoom Tech Support. By default, CE Zoom is given near full access to help support and assist with your account. However, you can now adjust, limit, or remove this access at any time.
Please note: Limiting access may delay our ability to assist you or your attendees, so it’s not recommended. However, this update gives companies greater control over permissions for both CE Zoom and their internal account managers or coordinators.
-
Provider Statement & Logo Manager
You can now manage all your provider accreditations directly through the Provider Statement and Logo Manager, streamlining how accreditations are applied to CE certificates.
By entering your provider accreditations, setting their active periods, and uploading corresponding logos and statements, CE Zoom will automatically attach the correct accreditation details to each issued certificate—based on the CE earn date.

Courses are now listed under Status Buckets: Draft, Upcoming, and Past
Courses are now grouped under a single view and organized by status—Draft, Upcoming, or Past. This streamlined layout makes it easy for companies to quickly identify which courses are still in progress and which are scheduled or completed, improving workflow and organization.
-
Course Icons for Quick Identification
Courses now feature visual icons to help you instantly recognize key details at a glance. Icons indicate whether a course is virtual, paid, pending or approved by AGD, incomplete, part of a conference, or a repeated course—making it easier to manage and organize your offerings efficiently.

Streamlined Workflows: One Way to Do Everything
We've simplified the platform by standardizing processes—there's now one clear way to complete each task. This update reduces confusion, improves consistency, and makes the user experience more intuitive from start to finish.
-
Course Statistics & Expense Tracker
To improve overall functionality and prepare for more robust tools, Course Statistics and the Expense Tracker have been removed in V2. Course Statistics will return in future releases as part of an enhanced company-wide analytics experience designed to deliver more meaningful insights.

Streamlined Event Wizard: All Steps in One Place
The Event Wizard has been upgraded to include all setup steps in a single, guided flow—eliminating the need to navigate through 4–5 separate manager pages.
This streamlined experience makes it easier to know what comes next, stay on track, and complete your event setup with confidence. Whether you're creating a live course, self-study, or conference, everything you need is now in one place for a more intuitive and efficient process.

Registration Links for Draft Courses
Registration links are now issued for courses in draft mode. This means you no longer need to enter placeholders or dummy data just to complete the course wizard. Instead, the course can remain in draft mode until all required fields are accurately filled out. Add Multiple Presenters to a Course
You can now assign multiple presenters to a single course using the new multi-select option. Each presenter added will have access to their own survey and test results directly from their CE Zoom presenter account.
To enable this, each presenter must have a CE Zoom account. If they don’t already have one, you only need their email address to get started. CE Zoom will create a presenter profile and send them a welcome email prompting them to validate and complete their account setup.
This update makes it easier than ever to manage team-taught courses and ensure each presenter has access to their individual performance feedback.

Create Courses from Templates Within the Wizard
We’ve replaced the “Copy a Course” feature with a more intuitive option built directly into the Course Wizard. When starting a new course, you’ll be prompted to either start from scratch or use a saved template.
If you choose to use a template, you’ll be able to select from any of your active saved templates. This simplifies setup, ensures consistency, and saves time—especially when creating multiple courses with similar formats.

Automatically Save Courses as Templates
When creating a new course from scratch, you now have the option to automatically save it as a reusable template. This allows you to quickly recreate the same course in the future without re-entering the details.
Simply toggle the "Save as Template" option within the cousre wizard under the Course / Event Overview step, add your template name, and CE Zoom will create and store your course template for easy access the next time you need to offer it—perfect for recurring courses or standardized formats.

New Required Fields: Release & Review Dates
To ensure compliance with accrediting and oversight bodies, self-study courses will now require both a release date and a review date during setup.
These fields help maintain accurate course listings and support transparency for learners and regulators. Including this information keeps your offerings aligned with industry standards and simplifies audit readiness.

Presenter Selection Now Available for Self-Study Courses
For self-study courses, presenters must now be selected from your list of presenters—not just typed in manually. This aligns the process with how presenters are assigned in live courses.
By selecting a presenter, CE Zoom can connect them directly to the course, giving them full visibility into their survey feedback and test results.

Conferences/Multi-Course Events
-
Now add Self-Study Courses to your Conference
You can now include self-study courses as part of your conference setup. If you have any pre-event CE requirements—such as instructional materials or prep work—these self-study courses can be attached directly to your conference.
Attendees will register for everything at once, and CE credit for both the self-study and live components will be tracked and issued through the same registration flow. This simplifies the attendee experience and ensures all CE activities are properly captured and reported.
-
Offer your Conference In-person & Virtual with One Event Set-up
You can now offer both in-person and virtual attendance options within a single conference setup. Instead of creating separate events, simply define your format options during setup to give attendees the flexibility to choose how they want to attend. This makes it easier to manage hybrid events, track registration, and issue CE credit—all from one streamlined event configuration.

Repeated Courses (Updated Repeated Course Structure for Better Scheduling and Presenter Management)
Repeated courses have been restructured to give you more control and clarity. Now, when creating a repeated course, you’ll first build a master course—this serves as the approved, central version of the course content. From there, you’ll create presenter templates for each instructor offering the course.
This allows you to schedule specific dates for each presenter, so attendees no longer have to choose a random date—only the dates you assign will be shown. When presenters change, the system will now automatically update all future scheduled courses tied to that presenter—no need to manually edit each course.
You can choose to issue either a universal registration link (for general promotion) or a date-specific registration link (for targeted engagement). The verification code remains the same for the entire year for each presenter template, ensuring a consistent and simplified experience.

Joint Program Provider Courses (AGD-PACE)
-
Joint Provider Manager (Track Approval Status)
Easily track the progress of your AGD Joint Program Provider courses with the new Joint Provider Manager. This tool outlines the 10 required steps for approval, showing the status of each step in real time. All submitted courses appear in one place—categorized as Pending, Approved, or Denied—so you can stay organized and monitor your course progress at a glance.
-
Auto-Generated Templates for Yearly AGD Joint Program Provider Courses
When a company selects the AGD PACE Joint Program Provider yearly add-on, the system will automatically generate a course template once the course is approved. This approved template is mostly locked to maintain the integrity of the approved content. It can be reused an unlimited number of times within the 365-day approval period without incurring additional Joint Program Provider fees. Please note: each course offering still requires a course posting.
-
Per purchase AGD Joint Program Provider Credits
You no longer need to purchase AGD Joint Program Provider services for each individual course. With this new feature, you can buy a set quantity of AGD Joint Program Provider Credits in a single transaction and apply them as needed when posting courses. This simplifies the process and saves time by reducing multiple transactions to just one.

Updates to Surveys
-
Survey Templates
Speed up survey creation using pre-built templates. These ready-to-use formats help ensure consistency across your evaluations while saving time when setting up new courses. All course evaluation questions within the template are 100% editable and fully customizable, giving you complete control to tailor the survey to your specific needs.
-
Default Speaker Questions
All surveys now automatically include a standard set of speaker evaluation questions. This ensures consistent feedback for all presenters without requiring you to manually add speaker-related questions to each survey.
-
One Survey, Multiple Courses
You now only need to create one survey that can be assigned to multiple courses. Results will be tracked and reported separately by course, making it easier to manage surveys across your schedule while maintaining clear, course-specific feedback.
Updates to Tests
-
Test Attempt Limits for CE Eligibility
You now have the option to allow unlimited test attempts or set a maximum number of retakes for attendees. If an attendee fails to pass within the allowed attempts, they will automatically become ineligible for CE credit—helping you maintain compliance and control over course completion standards.
More Info: Understanding the Test Manager
-
Weighted Test Questions
You can now assign point values to individual test questions, allowing you to give more weight to the most important content. This helps better reflect the significance of each question in the final score and improves overall assessment accuracy.
More Info: Understanding the Test Manager
-
Required vs. Optional Test Questions
You now have the ability to mark test questions as either required or optional. Optional questions do not need to be answered to complete the test, but if attendees choose to answer them and get them right, they’ll earn extra credit—offering a flexible way to reward additional knowledge.
More Info: Understanding the Test Manager
Answer Feedback for Test Questions
You can now add custom feedback to each test question—whether the answer is correct or incorrect. Use this feature to provide explanations, reference materials, or additional insights to help attendees understand the content and reinforce learning.Updates to CE Certificates
-
CE Certificates for Joint Program Provider Courses
You no longer need to manually create CE Certificates for Joint Program Provider courses. CE Zoom will now automatically add the correct joint provider logos and required AGD-PACE statements to your chosen CE Certificate. To maintain compliance, companies are no longer permitted to create or upload certificates using CE Zoom’s joint provider branding. This reduces errors, ensures consistency, and saves valuable time.
-
Attached Provider Accreditations for Smarter CE Certificate Management
When creating a CE certificate, you can now select which provider accreditation to attach. CE Zoom will automatically apply the appropriate provider logo and statement based on the accreditation details managed in your Provider Statement and Logo Manager.
This ensures that every certificate reflects the correct approval information according to the CE earn date—making certificate management more accurate, efficient, and hands-free.
This eliminates the need to constantly update your certificate design when accreditations renew and removes the extra step of closing and recreating courses just to apply a new certificate. It saves time, reduces manual errors, and ensures every certificate reflects the correct provider status at the time the CE was earned.
Updates to Verification Codes
-
Auto-Generated Verification Codes
Each course now receives a unique, auto-generated verification code upon creation. This eliminates the need for manual code entry and ensures every course can be accurately identified during the verification process. This update lays the foundation for future enhancements to streamline and automate CE verification.
-
Verification Code Availability
Verification codes are now automatically generated—but only after a course is posted. If the course requires approval, the code will be issued once approval is granted.
This change ensures codes are only released for complete and accurate course setups, helping prevent issues caused by prematurely shared codes. The result: fewer support requests and a smoother experience for both companies and attendees.
