  • Presenter Qualifications

When participating in an AGD Joint Program Provider Program, it is essential to verify that each presenter is qualified to speak on the subject matter of the course they are delivering.

This means the presenter must have the appropriate education, credentials, professional experience, or subject matter expertise that directly supports the content they are teaching.

This ensures the course meets AGD standards for educational integrity and provides attendees with credible, relevant, and professionally delivered content.

Documentation or a brief bio highlighting relevant qualifications must be provided within the course wizard for each presenter for the AGD approval committee to review and for participants to have access to.

  • Course Set Up

As part of the AGD Joint Program Provider process, the Course Wizard in CE Zoom must be fully completed. This step-by-step setup captures all the essential information needed to:

    • List and advertise the course properly

    • Ensure compliance with AGD standards

    • Enable accurate CE certificate issuance to attendees

Each section of the wizard is required and must be completed before the course can move forward for approval.

⚠️  An incomplete setup will show as a draft on the Joint Program Provider Manager; this can delay the approval process and prevent the course from being posted or recognized with AGD-PACE Joint Program Provider status. 4-May-06-2025-05-16-46-2217-PM

  • AGD Policies & Procedures

The AGD Policy & Procedures outline the official guidelines and requirements for offering continuing education under the AGD Joint Program Provider.
  • Joint Program Provider Agreement

When two or more organizations collaborate on a CE activity, a signed Joint Program Provider Agreement is required before the course is delivered. This agreement outlines each party’s responsibilities and confirms their commitment to follow CE Zoom’s Joint Program Provider Policies and Procedures.
  • COI

As part of AGD Joint Program Provider requirements, all presenters must disclose any potential Conflicts of Interest (COI). This ensures transparency and protects the integrity of the continuing education being delivered.

In the Course Wizard, you’ll be prompted to confirm whether a COI exists for each presenter.

    • If there is a COI, use the provided text box to describe the nature of the conflict in detail.

    • If there is no COI, simply select “No” to proceed.

  • Image of Authenticity

As part of AGD Joint Program Provider guidelines, all images used in your CE course materials must be original or used with proper authorization. This includes photos, graphics, illustrations, or any visual content. Each presenter will need to sign an affidavit that confirms all patient images used in course materials are authentic, unaltered, and used with proper consent, ensuring compliance with HIPAA privacy regulations and AGD PACE content standards.

All course materials must be submitted for review by CE Zoom course planners for AGD-PACE compliance; approval must be given prior to delivery of the CE Activity.
