1. Switch Between Dashboard Roles
Each CE Zoom personal account comes with three dashboard roles: Professional, Employee, and Presenter.
Use the dropdown menu in the top corner to switch between them. Just click the down arrow to expand the list and select the dashboard you want to view.
If you haven’t added an Employee or Presenter dashboard yet, you’ll see the option to add them directly from this menu. It's your one-stop switchboard for managing all your roles in one place.

2. Setting a Default Dashboard View
Choose which dashboard (Professional, Presenter, or Employee) you want to automatically see first when logging into your CE Zoom personal account. This saves time and gets you where you need to be faster—no extra clicks needed.

3. Account Overview Widget
This section displays your uploaded picture and the name on your CE Zoom personal account.
4. Presenter Star Rating Overview
Your star rating is calculated from all CE Zoom courses you’ve presented where a survey was issued. Attendees rate you on 5 speaker-specific questions, and your displayed rating is the average of the four questions that use a 5-star scale — across all sessions you’ve delivered. This provides a quick, reliable snapshot of your overall performance as a presenter.
5. Upcoming Courses Widget
This section highlights your next scheduled CE course.
6, 7, 8, & 9 Scheduled Courses
As a presenter, this section of your dashboard displays all courses you’re assigned to teach, grouped into four main buckets: Conferences, Scheduled Live Courses, Scheduled Self-Study Courses, and Bundles.
Each bucket includes filtering tabs such as Draft, Upcoming, Past, Active, Inactive, and Expired, making it easy to manage and monitor your course activity.

10. Presenter Navigation Menu
Located on the left side of your dashboard, the navigation menu gives you quick access to all the essential tools you need to manage your role as a presenter. From here, you can:

View your Dashboard – Your home base to monitor your presenter activity and course assignments.

Access My Account – Update your contact information, login credentials, bio, and presenter info

Manage Account Managers – Assign or update CE Zoom support permissions for assistance.

Access Support – Get help or find answers to questions directly from the CE Zoom support team.

Sign Out – Safely log out of your CE Zoom account.
Use this menu to stay organized, keep your presenter profile up to date, and easily navigate all your course-related tasks.
