How to set a default dashboard role on my CE Zoom (V2) Personal Account

Learn how to set a default dashboard role (Professional, Presenter, or Employee) so your CE Zoom (V2) account opens to the view you use most often.

  • Go to any dashboard view associated with your personal CE Zoom account
    Navigate to the top of your screen where your dashboard type (Professional, Presenter, or Employee) is listed.Screenshot 2025-04-19 at 11.06.39 AM

  • Click the gear icon

  • Select your preferred dashboard
    In the pop-up that appears, you'll see all available account roles. Click on the one you want to set as your default.Screenshot 2025-04-19 at 11.08.16 AM

  • Click "Set as Primary Account"

  • Already your default?
    If the account is already your default, it will show “Primary Account” and no button will appear.Screenshot 2025-04-19 at 11.09.14 AM

Once set, this dashboard will automatically open first every time you log in.
