How to View Test Results
Click on the event type below to view step-by-step instructions for viewing test results
How to view Test Results for courses that are part of a conference

From your Dashboard, locate the Conferences section.

Click the down arrow to expand the list of all conferences or multi-course events.

Click the tab that matches your course status — Draft, Upcoming, or Past.
Note: The search bar only searches within the tab you have open. If you're unsure where your course is, check each tab individually.

Find the event you want to view and click the View All Courses button in the # of Courses column. This will take you to all scheduled courses associated with this event.
- Click the tab that matches your course status — Draft, Upcoming, or Past.
- Find the event you want to view and hover over the Manage Course button in the Actions column.

When the drop-down appears, click View Test Results
- If test results are available, you’ll see a breakdown for each attendee—including their score, number of correct answers out of the total, how many attempts they made, and the test status
If you receive a “bummer” message, it means there are no test results available—either no attendees have completed the test yet, or the test is not being managed through CE Zoom.

How to View Test Results for live courses

Note: This dropdown menu is scrollable. If you don’t see “View Test Results” right away, scroll down to find it.

How to View Test Results for courses that are part of a Bundle

From your Dashboard, locate the Bundles section.

Click the down arrow to expand the list of all bundles.

Click the tab that matches your course status — Active or Inactive.
Note: The search bar only searches within the tab you have open. If you're unsure where your course is, check each tab individually.

Find the bundle you want to view and click the View All Courses button in the # of Courses column. This will take you to all scheduled courses associated with this event.
- Click the type of CE - Live or Self-Study and the status tab that matches your course status — Draft, Upcoming, or Past.
Note: The search bar only searches within the tab you have open. If you're unsure where your course is, check each tab individually.
- Find the event you want to view and hover over the Manage Course button in the Actions column.

When the drop-down appears, click View Attendees to open the full list of registrants.

When the drop-down appears, click View Test Results
- If test results are available, you’ll see a breakdown for each attendee—including their score, number of correct answers out of the total, how many attempts they made, and the test status

How to View Test Results for Repeated Courses

From your Dashboard, locate the Master Repeated Courses section.

Click the down arrow to expand the list of all master repeated courses.

Click the tab that matches your course status — Draft, Posted, or Expired.
Note: The search bar only searches within the tab you have open. If you're unsure where your course is, check each tab individually.

Find the event you want to view and hover over the Manage Repeated Course button in the Actions column.

When the dropdown appears, click View Presenter Template to see a list of all presenters associated with this course.
- Find the presenter you want to view and hover over the Manage Presenter Template button in the Actions column
- When the dropdown appears, click View Scheduled Courses to see a list of all courses associated with this presenter.
- Find the course date you want to view and hover over the Manage Course button in the Actions column.
