How to view / export survey results for a course managed on CE Zoom (V2)

If your course evaluation surveys are managed through CE Zoom, all completed responses will be automatically collected and tallied, with results available to view / export from your CE Zoom company account.

How to View | Export Survey Results 

Click on the event type below to view step-by-step instructions for viewing survey results

 

 

 

How to view Survey Results for courses that are part of a conference

  • From your Dashboard, locate the Conferences section.

  • Click the down arrow to expand the list of all conferences or multi-course events.

  • Click the tab that matches your course status — Draft, Upcoming, or Past.

    Note: The search bar only searches within the tab you have open. If you're unsure where your course is, check each tab individually.

  • Find the event you want to view and click the View All Courses button in the # of Courses column. This will take you to all scheduled courses associated with this event.

  • Click the tab that matches your course statusDraft, Upcoming, or Past.

  • Find the event you want to view and hover over the Manage Course button in the Actions column.

  • When the drop-down appears, click View Survey Results

  • Survey results are divided into two sections: Presenter Questions and Survey Questions

  • Presenter Questions (default view) show the average star rating for each presenter-related question, broken down by each presenter associated with the course. 
    Please Note:
    Presenter rating questions are designed to provide a consistent, standardized view of presenter performance across courses and are not included in exports.

    • Each presenter’s name will be listed alongside their corresponding survey results, making it easy to see individual feedback and performance.

If you receive a “bummer” message, it means there are no survey results available—either no attendees have completed the survey yet or the survey is not being managed through CE Zoom.

To Export: 

  • Select Export in the upper right corner.
  • Your survey results will download in an Excel (.xlsx) format, allowing you to sort, filter, and analyze your data as needed.

      • From your Dashboard, locate the Bundles section.

    • Find the bundle you want to view and click the View All Courses button in the # of Courses column. This will take you to all scheduled courses associated with this event.

        How to View Survey Results for Repeated Courses

        • From your Dashboard, locate the Master Repeated Courses section.33

        • Click the down arrow to expand the list of all master repeated courses.35

        • Click the tab that matches your course statusDraft, Posted, or Expired.37

          Note: The search bar only searches within the tab you have open. If you're unsure where your course is, check each tab individually.

        • Find the event you want to view and hover over the Manage Repeated Course button in the Actions column.38

        • When the dropdown appears, click View Presenter Template  to see a list of all presenters associated with this course.39

        • Find the presenter you want to view and hover over the Manage Presenter Template button in the Actions column40
        • When the dropdown appears, click View Scheduled Courses to see a list of all courses associated with this presenter.41
        • Find the course date you want to view and hover over the Manage Course button in the Actions column.42
            • When the drop-down appears, click View Test Results 44
