How to View Survey Results

How to view Survey Results for courses that are part of a conference

From your Dashboard, locate the Conferences section.

Click the down arrow to expand the list of all conferences or multi-course events.

Click the tab that matches your course status — Draft, Upcoming, or Past.
Note: The search bar only searches within the tab you have open. If you're unsure where your course is, check each tab individually.

Find the event you want to view and click the View All Courses button in the # of Courses column. This will take you to all scheduled courses associated with this event.
- Click the tab that matches your course status — Draft, Upcoming, or Past.
- Find the event you want to view and hover over the Manage Course button in the Actions column.

When the drop-down appears, click View Survey Results

Survey results are divided into two sections: Presenter Questions and Survey Questions

Presenter Questions (default view) show the average star rating for each presenter-related question, broken down by each presenter associated with the course.
- Each presenter’s name will be listed alongside their corresponding survey results, making it easy to see individual feedback and performance.

Survey Questions display the tallied responses to the custom questions you created during survey setup.
- Each presenter’s name will be listed alongside their corresponding survey results, making it easy to see individual feedback and performance.
If you receive a “bummer” message, it means there are no survey results available—either no attendees have completed the survey yet or the survey is not being managed through CE Zoom.

Find the bundle you want to view and click the View All Courses button in the # of Courses column. This will take you to all scheduled courses associated with this event.
