With the new & improved version of CE Zoom (V2), managing your courses is now more intuitive and streamlined, giving you greater control and efficiency.
Let’s walk through the steps required to ensure your migrated courses remain active and properly managed.
1. Log in to Your CE Zoom (V2) Company Account
Use your existing credentials to log into your CE Zoom (V2) company account www.cezoom.com It may ask you to reset your username and password if you are not using an email or a unique email as your username. V2 now uses emails as a username.

6. Create a new survey
CE Zoom has automatically inactivated all legacy surveys—All migrated courses will still have the original legacy survey attached; however, we strongly recommend attaching the newly created survey to all future courses to ensure accurate tracking.

7. Edit all Active & Upcoming Migrated Courses to Reset Completion Status & Set Up Registration
With CE Zoom’s new version, the Course Wizard has been redesigned to streamline the entire course setup process into one guided step-by-step experience. However, due to differences between the old and new systems, some course data could not be migrated exactly, and all registration settings will be missing for all migrated courses.
What You Need to Do:
Review & Edit Each Upcoming Course – Open each course in your account and go through the wizard to ensure all settings are correct. (See how to articles below)-
Double check your overview transferred (some overviews had non-transferrable data inputs)
-
Select a new certificate
-
Select the new updated survey
- Reconfigure Registration– Since registration settings did not migrate, you must set up new registration details for each course.
⚠️ Mirged courses that were previously marked as "complete" in the legacy system, will now be flagged as incomplete until all missing or incorrect fields are updated.
⚠️ ⚠️ Attendees can not register for incomplete paid courses
- Make sure all steps of the Course Wizard are complete ✅
Live courses
- Start with the Paid Events 1st
- Only edit/update future courses
Self Study Course
- Only edit active courses
Repeated Courses
- Only add current repeated course(s)
You will need to re-add all repeated courses, create presenter templates, and schedule all courses both past and future.
