Managing Surveys for Migrated Courses

To ensure a smooth transition to CE Zoom’s updated survey functionality, we strongly recommend creating a new master survey to attach to all future courses.

Why?

  • By creating new surveys in CE Zoom Version 2, you'll benefit from improved accuracy in result tracking!
  • You no longer need to create a new survey for each course—a single survey can be attached to multiple courses.
  • It simplifies the selection process within the course creation wizard, making it easier to choose the correct survey for each course.
  • CE Zoom will automatically tally results individually per course, even when using the same survey.

 

 

To Do Action Items:

  1. Create a new survey that aligns with your evaluation needs. (How to create a new course survey)
  2. Attach this survey to all future courses to streamline data collection (refer to Your Company's Guide to the New CE Zoom (V2): Editing upcoming migrated courses to reset completion status).
  3. CE Zoom has automatically inactivated all legacy surveys—All migrated courses will still have the original legacy survey attached; however, we strongly recommend attaching the newly created survey to all future courses to ensure accurate tracking. (How to change the status of a survey)
