If the conference details need to be updated before the offering date or before attendees complete any courses, you can make edits to ensure accurate listings and records.
⚠️ If a course has been approved, completed, or verified, editing options will be limited. To request changes for corrections, please contact help@cezoom.com. Administrative fees may apply.
How to Edit a Conference

From your Dashboard, locate the Conferences section.

Click the down arrow to expand the list of all conferences or multi-course events.

Click the tab that matches your course status — Draft, Upcoming, or Past.
Note: The search bar only searches within the tab you have open. If you're unsure where your course is, check each tab individually.

Find the event you want to view and hover over the Manage Event button in the Actions column.

When the drop-down appears, click Edit Event
- Make any necessary edits to your conference on this screen.

When editing a courses that are part of the conference, you may see one of the following notifications displayed at the top of each step. These messages indicate the level of access you have to make edits and why certain fields may be locked:
