How to edit a self-study course managed on CE Zoom (V2)

If course or event details need to be updated before the offering date or before attendees complete the course, you can make edits to ensure accurate listings and records.

⚠️ If a course has been approved, completed, or verified, editing options will be limited. To request changes for corrections, please contact help@cezoom.com. Administrative fees may apply.

 

How to Edit Self-Study Courses

  • From your Dashboard, locate the Scheduled Self-Study Courses section.

  • Click the down arrow to expand the list of all live course events.

  • Click the tab that matches your course statusDraft, Active, or Inactive.3-1

    Note: The search bar only searches within the tab you have open. If you're unsure where your course is, check each tab individually.

  • Find the event you want to edit and hover over the Manage Course button in the Actions column.4-1

  • When the drop-down appears, click Edit Course

Note: This dropdown menu is scrollable. If you don’t see “Edit Course” right away, scroll up/down to find it.

  • Make any necessary edits to your course details on this screen.

Edit Warning Notifications

When editing a course, you may see one of the following notifications displayed at the top of each step. These messages indicate the level of access you have to make edits and why certain fields may be locked:
