If a survey is outdated or no longer relevant, mark it as inactive to streamline the selection of current surveys.

Follow these steps to update status of a course survey:


If you want to edit a survey directly from the Survey Manager (before entering the Create a Course Wizard), start with Step 1. If you are already in the Course Wizard adding a course, skip to Step 2.

Step 1: Navigate to the Survey Manager

  1. Log into your CE Zoom (V2) Company Account. (www.cezoom.com)
  2. From the left navigation menu, hover over Survey Manager to expand the menu.
  3. Click My Surveys.

Step 2: Change Survey Status

  1. Locate the survey you want to edit
  2. Click Manage Survey to expand the dropdown menu
  3. Select Change Status
  4. Confirm you want to change status
