Understanding the Executive Suite Dashboard
The Executive Suite Dashboard is organized into a series of Dashboard Modules, each designed to provide visibility into a specific area of your organization, such as employee statistics, compliance, credential management, and continuing education.
Within each Dashboard Module are one or more Dashboard Cards that display real-time statistics, alerts, and quick access to detailed information.
The Executive Suite is organized into three levels:

- 1- Executive Suite Dashboard – The complete Executive Suite workspace that provides a centralized view of your organization's operations.
- 2- Dashboard Modules – Expandable sections that group related features and statistics, such as Employee Statistics, Federal & State Compliance Groups, and Enrolled Course Statistics.
- 3 -Dashboard Cards – Individual cards on the dahsboard and within each Dashboard Module that display real-time metrics, summaries, and shortcuts to more detailed information.
This structure makes it easy to navigate between high-level organizational insights and detailed operational data while keeping related information organized in one centralized dashboard.
Organization Overview

The top section of the Executive Suite Dashboard displays your organization's profile information, including:
- Organization Name
- Subscription Plan
- Industry
This information identifies the organization currently being viewed and confirms the Executive Suite environment you are managing.
Organization Filters

The Executive Suite Dashboard includes Region and Office filters that allow you to control which organizational data is displayed throughout the dashboard.
By default, all Regions and all Offices are selected when you log in, providing the broadest, organization-wide view of your data.
Selecting one or more Regions or Offices automatically filters the statistics displayed throughout the Executive Suite Dashboard, allowing you to focus on a specific geographic area, office location, or subset of your organization.
Executive Dashboard Cards

The Executive Suite Dashboard includes several Dashboard Cards that provide an at-a-glance summary of your organization's structure and upcoming renewal activity.
Each card includes a View All button, allowing you to drill down into detailed information for that statistic.
1. Regions
Displays the total number of Regions configured within your organization,
or how many are currently selected using the filter.
Regions allow you to organize multiple office locations into larger geographic or organizational groups. For example, you might create regions based on states, territories, districts, or any other grouping that best fits your organization.
Select View All to see each region you've created along with its associated regional information.
2. Offices
Displays the total number of Office Locations in your organization. When Region or Office filters are applied, this card updates to display only the offices included in the current selection.
Offices represent the individual physical locations within your organization where employees work. Each office can be assigned to a region, making it easier to organize, manage, and report on locations across your organization.
Select View All to view each office and its associated office details.
3. Employees
Displays the total number of connected employees in your organization. When Region or Office filters are applied, this card updates to display only the employees within the current selection.
Select View All to view your employee roster and additional employee information.
4. License Renewals
Displays the number of employee professional licenses approaching their renewal date within the selected reminder period and the currently selected Regions and Offices.
Use the + and − controls to increase or decrease the reminder window.
Select View All to see the employees whose licenses are approaching renewal and review their renewal details.
5. CE Renewal Requirements
Displays the number of employee continuing education renewal requirements that are approaching their renewal deadline within the selected reminder period and the currently selected Regions and Offices.
Use the + and − controls to adjust the reminder window.
Select View All to view the employees with upcoming CE renewal requirements and monitor their renewal status.
Notification Icons

Appears when you have pending requests:
- On the Office card: Requests from new offices
- On the Employee card: Requests from new employees

Each Dashboard Module can be expanded or collapsed independently, allowing you to focus on the information most relevant to your organization.
