Understanding My Surveys on CE Zooms (v2) Professional Account

The Survey Manager in your professional account is where you can view and complete all surveys tied to your registered CE activities. Completing required surveys is necessary to receive your CE certificate.

Numbered Item Descriptions – My Surveys Page

1. Required/Optional Survey Tabs
This is where you switch between required and optional surveys. By default, you will land on the Required Surveys tab, which shows surveys that must be completed to receive your CE certificate.

2. Course List with Pending Surveys
Displays a list of all courses that currently have surveys awaiting completion—including both the course name and presenter names.

3. Take Survey Button
Click “Take Survey” to launch and complete the survey tied to the course.
