Contact Information
The Contact Information page allows your company to manage and update essential account details for communication, billing, and official correspondence. Keeping this information accurate ensures a smooth experience with CE Zoom services, event registration, and payment processing.
1. Contact Info
- Company Name Displays your organization's name as it appears in your CE Zoom account.
- Account Manager First Name / Last Name: The primary contact person responsible for managing the account.
Used for all system communications and billing references. - Phone & Cell Phone: Primary business contact number.
- Cell (optional): Add a mobile number to receive urgent alerts or SMS if enabled.
- Country, State/Province/Territory Select your company’s corporate geographic location.
- Billing Address Include your complete business billing address:
Street address
City
Zip / Postal Code
Apt or Building # (if applicable)
Fax (optional)
2. Mailing Information for Registration Fee Payables

Check the box if your mailing address for registration fee payments is the same as your billing address above.

Uncheck the box to manually enter a different mailing address for registration fee payables, including country, state/province, and full mailing details.

3. C/O (Envelope attention to)
Enter the name or department that the envelope should be directed to when sending registration fee payments. This ensures your mail is delivered to the correct contact within your organization.
4. Update Picture
Click “Update Picture” to upload your company logo or profile image. This image may appear will appear on public-facing pages tied to your CE Zoom account.
Tip for Large Images:
If your logo or image is too large to upload or doesn’t fit well or within the space:

Take a screenshot of just the part you want to use.

Crop the screenshot so it’s square and focused on your logo or graphic.

Save and upload the new, smaller image.
This quick method can help reduce the file size and ensure the image displays correctly in your profile.
Login Information

The Login Information section allows you to securely manage your CE Zoom account credentials. This includes your email address used to log in and your account password.
Keeping this information up to date helps protect your account and ensures you receive important communications from CE Zoom.

Your email address is your account’s primary login and the destination for all system notifications.
To update your email:

Click the “Change Email” button.

Enter your new email address.

Click save to confirm the change (you may be asked to verify it via email).

Log in using your new email going forward.
2. Update Your Password
To keep your account secure, it's a good idea to update your password regularly.
To change your password:

Click the “Change Password” button.

Enter your current password, then your new password.

Click save to confirm the new password.

Company Description
Understanding the Company Description Page
The Company Description page lets you add or edit a short introduction or overview of your organization. This description may appear on your public-facing CE Zoom profile, course listings, and communications with attendees or partners.
What You Can Include:

Use the formatting toolbar to customize your text with:

Country and Industries
Understanding the Country and Industries Page
The Country and Industries section helps CE Zoom understand where and to whom your courses should be promoted. By selecting your target countries and target industries, you ensure your offerings are visible to the right professional audiences.
Why It Matters
This information is used to:

Customize how and where your courses are marketed

Suggest your content to professionals in your selected regions and fields

Improve course visibility to the right attendees
How to Use:
1. Choose the Country(s) of your target market

Click inside the Countries dropdown.

Search for and select one or more countries where your courses are offered or intended to be promoted.
2. Choose the Industry(s) of your target market

Click inside the Industries dropdown.

Select the professional field(s) your courses serve (e.g., Dentistry, Real Estate, Law).
💡 You can select multiple countries and industries to broaden your reach.
3. Save Your Changes

Once your selections are made, click Save changes to update your profile.
