How to find and take a survey on CE Zoom (V2)

Some courses require you to complete a survey as part of the CE verification process. CE Zoom V2 makes it easy to locate and complete required or optional surveys in two places: directly from your dashboard or through the My Surveys manager.

Where to Find Surveys:

Option 1: From Your Dashboard (Scheduled Courses Section)

1. Go to your Professional Dashboard.
   This is your main hub for accessing all registered courses.
2. Scroll to the Scheduled Courses section
3. Locate the course of interest.
   Courses are organized into filters such as Upcoming, Past, Active, and Inactive. Use these filters to help narrow down and find the specific course you're looking for.
4. Look for the “Take Survey” button.
   If the course is currently in the survey step of the verification process, a “Take Survey” button will appear next to it.
5. Click “Take Survey” to complete the required course evaluation.

⚠️ If you’re not yet in the survey step, you may see a “Verify Course” button instead.
⚠️ If the course hasn’t been offered yet, the survey will not be available.

Option 2: From the “My Surveys” Manager

1. Click on “My Surveys” in the top navigation menu.
   This will take you directly to your Survey Manager, where you can view and manage all surveys tied to your courses.
2. You’ll see two tabs:
   1. Manage Required Surveys – These are surveys you must complete in order to receive CE credit for the course.
   2. Manage Optional Surveys – These are not required for credit, but course providers truly value your feedback. We kindly encourage you to complete these as well.
3. Click “Take Survey” next to any listed course to complete the survey.
