How to navigate to packages, plans, & upgrades

From your Dashboard, hover over Packages, Plans and Upgrades in the main navigation menu.

Click on Purchase Course Packages from the expanded menu.

You’ll be directed to the Pricing Guide, where you’ll find a breakdown of all course package options - Pay as You Go, Memberships, Company Packages, & Repeated Courses
Understanding the Pricing Guide Tabs
Each tab provides a different type of course package depending on your frequency, format, and needs. Click the link below for clarification for each package option.
Purchasing Course Packages
Click the links below to jump directly to the step-by-step instructions for purchasing each package type.
Pay as You Go
- From the pricing guide (Navigating to the pricing guide)
- Click on the Pay as You Go tab (this is the default pricing option)
- Adjust the quantity of courses you'd like to purchase using the plus (+) or minus (–) buttons.
- Click “Add to Cart.”
- Click the shopping cart icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.
- Review your selections in the Review Your Cart window.
- Click “Go to checkout.”
- On the checkout screen:
- Enter your email and payment details.
- Agree to the Terms of Payment Agreement.
- Click “Pay” to complete your purchase.
- You’re done! Your purchased course credits will now be available for use within your account.
Memberships
- From the pricing guide (Navigating to the pricing guide)
- Click on the Membership tab

Browse the available membership options (e.g., 10 Courses/year or 15 Courses/year).

Choose your preferred payment method:

Click “Add to Cart (Pay in full)” for a single annual payment.

Or click “Add to Cart (12 monthly installments – 10% in fees apply)” to split payment over 12 months.

Click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Review your cart and click “Go to checkout.”

On the checkout screen:

Confirm your email and payment method.

Agree to the Terms of Payment Agreement.

Click “Pay” to complete the transaction.

Company packages
- From the pricing guide (Navigating to the pricing guide)
- Click on the Company Packages tab
- Select your industry from the available options.
- Click the button to schedule a meeting with an account specialist.
- A calendar will appear, allowing you to choose a time that works best for your team.
- During the meeting, your specialist will:
- Learn about your goals and CE needs.

Confirm availability for concierge services and support.

Help you select the best package based on your program size and timeline.

At this time, Company Packages cannot be purchased directly online. We want to ensure availability and tailor your experience for success before activating the package.
Repeated Courses
- From the pricing guide (Navigating to the pricing guide)
- Click on the Repeated Courses tab

Adjust the quantity of courses you'd like to purchase using the plus (+) or minus (–) buttons.

Click “Add to Cart.”

Click the shopping cart icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.

Review your selections in the Review Your Cart window.

Click “Go to checkout.”
