The My Account section is the central hub for managing your agency’s CE Zoom profile and compliance workflow settings. From here, you can update contact information, control login credentials, configure audit rules, and manage how professionals interact with your submission process.

Contact Info

This section displays your agency’s primary contact information, including name, email, phone number, and mailing address.

Login Info

This is where you manage your agency’s root login credentials, including the email address and password used to access your account.

💡 This login should be tied to a dedicated agency email, not a personal or licensed professional’s account.

Account Settings

This section allows you to configure how CE Zoom interacts with your professionals during the renewal process.

Here you can manage:

• Account Settings Overview:  This section is read-only and displays key information about your regulatory agency account. If any of the data needs to be updated, please contact us at help@cezoom.com, and our team will assist you with the necessary changes.

• Auditing Settings:

  • Auditing Requirements: Set whether all professionals or only those selected must submit CE transcripts

• • Submission Timing: Define how many days prior to license expiration professionals can submit their transcripts, and how many days after selection to be audited, a professional has to submit

  • Auto-Move Feature: Enable automatic transfer of fully compliant submissions to the Green Light Ready Manager

• Submission Language:
  Customize the certification statement that professionals must agree to when submitting their transcript

• Rules & Regulations URL:
  Provide a public-facing link to your agency’s CE policies that will display to professionals submitting through CE Zoom
