Customized registration questions are helpful when you need to collect additional course-specific or organization-specific information prior to attendance. These questions are presented during the registration process and must be completed before payment is finalized, ensuring all required information is collected before an attendee secures their seat.
To maintain a smooth registration experience, we recommend keeping customized questions concise and relevant. Lengthy or overly complex question sets may discourage attendees from completing their registration.
⚠️ This feature is accessible within the Course Wizard for Live, Self-Study, and Repeated Courses and cannot be accessed outside of course creation or editing at this time.
Customized Registration Questions
When you reach the Customized Questions section inside the Course Wizard, you will see the prompt:
Add customized registration questions?

By default, No is selected to keep the registration process streamlined.

If you select Yes, the section will automatically expand to display the:
Customized Registration Question Set Manager
From here, you can:

Select an existing question set

Create a new customized question set
This allows you to reuse question sets across multiple courses or build new ones specific to a particular event.
