Registered but cannot find course on my CE Zoom dashboard

Companies that manage registration outside CE Zoom will required you to re-register for the course within CE Zoom prior to verifying, completing surveys and tests and being issued CE credit.

All courses must be registered for through your CE Zoom Account. If you only registered through the providing CE company, the course will need to be registered again by logging into your CE Zoom Account. 

Steps to complete registration by event type: 


Private Event, Registration prior to the date the course was delivered 

  1. Click privately distributed registration link from email, webpage or social media
  2. Click the "Register" button


  3. You will be asked If you are a member of CE Zoom member
    1. If Yes, Log in to your CE Zoom account
    2. If No, click 'register as a professional' to create a CE Zoom account
  4. Continue through the registration process and click "Complete Registration"
You are now registered for this course within CE Zoom and it should appear on your Dashboard under "Scheduled Courses"



Private Event, Registration After to the date the course was delivered 

  1. Click privately distributed registration link from email, webpage or social media
  2. Click the "Register/Verify" button.
  3. You will be asked If you are a member of CE Zoom member
    1. If Yes, Log in to your CE Zoom account
    2. If No, click 'register as a professional' to create a CE Zoom account
  4. Enter the Verification Code and (if applicable) select any Active Memberships 
  5. Complete any required tests and/or surveys
  6. You now have registered for the course and you have successfully verified to receive CE credit, once the offering company has confirmed your attendance your CE certificate will be automatically issued to your CE Zoom account. See How to view and print CE Certificates


Public Event, Registration prior to the date the course was delivered 
  1. Log in to your CE Zoom account
  2. Click on Course Search under the navigation bar on the left-hand side

3. Click on the Filters button on the top left-hand corner

4. This filter box will pop up

5. Type in the course title within the Keyword Search field at the top (preferably use key words or phrase versus entire title to prevent search errors)
6. Within the Status field, select "Upcoming" courses.

8. Click on the blue Done' button on the bottom

9. Click the 'Register' button associated with the course you are taking (If the registration says Closed, reach out to help@cezoom.com to open registration. 

10. Follow the registration process process and click "Complete Registration" when done.

11. You are now registered for this course within CE Zoom and it should appear on your Dashboard under "Scheduled Courses"
 

Public Event, Registration AFTER the date the course was delivered 
  1. Log in to your CE Zoom account
  2. Click on Course Search under the navigation bar on the left-hand side

3. Click on the Filters button on the top left-hand corner

4. This filter box will pop up

5. Type in the course title within the Keyword Search field at the top (preferably use key words or phrase versus entire title to prevent search errors)
6. Within the Status field, select "Past" courses.

8. Click on the blue 'Done' button

9. Click the 'Verification' button associated with the course you completed. (If the registration says Closed, reach out to help@cezoom.com to open registration.

10. Enter the Verification Code and (if applicable) select any Active Memberships
11. Complete any required tests and surveys
12. You now have registered for the course and you have successfully verified to receive CE credit, once the offering company has confirmed your attendance your CE certificate will be automatically issued to your CE Zoom account. See How to view and print CE Certificates
