How to monitor, manage, and upgrade your employee CE compliance access
Overview
The Employee Connections Manager gives your office a centralized tool to manage all employee connections within your CE Zoom account. This area helps you monitor who is currently connected, who is pending connection, and how your license connection usage is being allocated.
To access this manager, go to your Office Manager Dashboard and click “View all” under the Employee Connections tile.
What You’ll See
At the top of the manager, you’ll find the quick filter tabs to move between each section of the Employee Connection Manager:

Connected Employees: Total number of employees currently connected

Pending Employees: Number of connection requests sent or received but not yet accepted
- Disconnected Employees: This tab shows all employees who were previously connected to your office but are no longer linked.
Once disconnected:

You will no longer have visibility into their CE compliance status or progress.

Any benefits associated with your office’s plan will be revoked from their account for the disconnected license(s).

- Connect New Employees: Search for professionals to initiate new connection requests.
- License Connections: Shows how many total licenses are available, how many are used, and how many remain
🔵 Each license you choose to connect for an employee counts as one license connection.
🔵 If you are connected to an executive suite that is paying for the upgrade benefits it will show Benefit Paid by Corporate
How to use each section
1. Connected Employees

Shows all employees actively connected to your office.

View which licenses are connected (Green with checkmark) and Unconnected (gray with red X).

Add or remove license upgrades for each employee by selecting or deselecting the license(s) on their profile card

Click Disconnect if you need to remove an employee's access—note: only the office can disconnect an employee.
2. Pending Connections

Track both sent and received requests.

Sent requests display the employees your office has invited to connect.

Received requests appear when an employee requests a connection with your office.
3. Disconnected

View all employees who were previously connected but have since been removed.
4. Connect New Employees

Search for professionals by name to initiate new connection requests.
