How to edit CE Zoom Tech Support Permissions from a CE Zoom (V2) account!
This article explains how to edit Tech Support Permissions in your CE Zoom (V2) account. Even if you've contacted CE Zoom for help, support staff cannot view or access your account unless you’ve granted permission.
Editing CE Zoom Tech Support Permissions
By default, CE Zoom Tech Support is granted full permission to assist with your account setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
-
To adjust their access:
- From the Navigation Menu click on Account managers
-
Click Edit Tech Support Permissions.
-
Remove or limit specific permissions as needed.
-
Click Save.
- From the Navigation Menu click on Account managers
⚠️ Important: Limiting or removing CE Zoom’s permissions may delay support. If access is restricted, our team must request permission, wait for your update, and then resume assistance—often leading to delays of several days due to back-and-forth communication. To avoid delays, we strongly recommend keeping permissions fully enabled
