If you’re on a Pro or Elite plan and want to switch to a lower-cost plan—or cancel your membership charges entirely—you can downgrade your plan through the Plans page in your CE Zoom (V2) account.
Plan Types:

Basic: Add and manage licenses for all industries, store CE records, manage renewal dates, and find/take CE courses.

Pro: Track true compliance by license, state, and CE rules specific to each jurisdiction.

Elite: For one price, access required courses and full compliance tools—everything you need, all in one place.
Follow the steps below to view, downgrade, or cancel your CE Zoom memberships based on your professional licenses:
How to Access the Plans Page in Your CE Zoom (V2) Dashboard

Log in to your CE Zoom (V2) account.

From the left-hand menu, click My Account.

Click the Plans tab at the top of the page.
You will now see the Professional Pricing Plans page, where you can select your industry and licenses to view and downgarde available plans.
How to downgrade or cancel:

Review your current subscription and available plan options.

Click Downgrade under the plan you want to switch to.

To remove all future charges, select the Basic (Free) plan.

A pop-up will explain the downgrade terms.

You'll need to check the box agreeing to the Terms & Conditions.

Then, click Continue to confirm.

Important Notes:
-
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current subscription period.

All CE Zoom subscriptions are a 12-month commitment, even if billed monthly.

If you’re on a monthly plan, charges will continue until the 12th month is completed.

You’ll retain full access to your current plan features until your subscription ends.

Once confirmed, you’ll see your new plan marked as "scheduled to start" at the end of your billing cycle.
