How do I change the status of a Course Certificate from my CE Zoom (V2) company account?
Change Certificate Status – mark certificates active or inactive to control visibility
Marking a certificate as inactive when it’s no longer valid helps keep your account organized and prevents outdated certificates from being selected by mistake. This also simplifies the certificate selection process in the Course Wizard, which by default only displays active certificates.
