Course topics are how CE Zoom describes the topic or the subject matters of courses that licensees are required to complete in order to fulfill their continuing educational requirements.
CE Zoom's IntellitTracker separates required renewal requirements into groups. Then rules, such as minimums, maximums, approved providers, educational methods, and many more are applied to the group for complete compliance tracking. Each agency will need to make sure all course topics recognized by their agency (required, excluded, and accepted) are listed on CE Zoom so we can assure each completed course will be tracked. If a CE certificate has no course topic matches, the record will automatically be allocated to an exclusion group and the professional will not receive CE credit for the course without manual manipulations. It is our goal that each course topic for each industry is listed for complete and true tracking.
