CE Zoom Refund Policy for Memberships and Services

Due to the nature of the services offered, all sales are final, and no refunds are issued for early cancellation. Course and Event Registrations have their own refund policies.

Payment Agreement and Renewal Notice

By completing a membership or service purchase, you agree to all CE Zoom terms and conditions at the time of payment.

To ensure you're informed before your subscription renews, CE Zoom has implemented the following notification process:

• A reminder email is sent 7 days prior to your renewal date, giving you time to make any changes or cancel auto-renewal if needed.
