Account Manager Status for CE Zoom Tech Support
You now have control over the permission settings granted to CE Zoom Tech Support. By default, CE Zoom is given near full access to help support and assist with your account. However, you can now adjust, limit, or remove this access at any time.
Please note: Limiting access may delay our ability to assist you or your attendees, so it’s not recommended. However, this update gives companies greater control over permissions for both CE Zoom and their internal account managers or coordinators.

-
License Status Alert Notifications
Any important actions or alerts tied to your licenses will now appear directly on your main CE Zoom Dashboard when you log in. These warning banners are designed to grab your attention and usually include an action button that takes you exactly where you need to go to resolve the issue.

Updates to the Dashboard
- Quickly switch between account roles (Professional, Presenter, Employee)
Easily toggle between your Professional, Presenter, and Employee roles without logging out—perfect for users with multiple roles on CE Zoom.

Choose which role (Professional, Presenter, or Employee) loads first when you log in, saving you time and keeping your workflow focused.
- Quickly add additional roles (Professional, Presenter, Employee)
Need to take on another role? Add a Professional, Presenter, or Employee profile to your account anytime—no separate login or new account needed.

All Scheduled Courses Are Now on the Dashboard
In the legacy system, scheduled courses appeared in multiple places and required navigating to different areas to take action. In CE Zoom V2, everything is centralized—all scheduled courses and related actions can now be managed directly from your dashboard.
-
Scheduled Courses part of Bundles or Conferences will now be grouped and displayed under their own section
Courses that are part of a bundle or conference are now grouped separately for clearer organization.

Each Scheduled Course Type Has Its Own Central Bucket
Instead of separating upcoming and past courses into different sections, each course type (like live, bundle, or conference) now has a single central bucket. Within each, you can toggle between Upcoming and Past to view your full course history and what's ahead.
Upgrades to My Account
-
Simplified Login Management
You now use your email address as your username, making it easier to log in.
You can also update both your username and password from a single screen within the My Account section.

- Plans & Upgrades Now Found Under "My Account"
The Plans and Upgrades section has moved.
Previously accessed from the main navigation menu, it now lives under the My Account tab for easier access and account-specific management.

- Upgrade Policy Changes
Upgrades are now applied per license, meaning each license requires its own upgrade.
However, if you upgraded before the migration, you’ve been grandfathered in—your upgrade applies to all active licenses under one fee.

Updates to Licenses
- Manual Renewal Updates for Greater Accuracy
In the legacy system, adding a license and its expiration date would automatically generate future renewal periods. However, due to evolving factors like extensions, board changes, and events such as COVID-19, renewal dates are no longer auto-calculated.
To maintain accuracy, professionals must now manually enter each renewal and its corresponding renewal period. This ensures your CE tracking aligns with real-world requirements and remains up to date.
More Info: Understanding how to Manage Licenses
- Separate Tracking for Licenses & CE Renewal Periods
Licenses and their CE renewal periods are now tracked separately, giving you greater visibility and control over each component.
However, if both share the same renewal period, they will be managed together to keep things simple and streamlined.
- Easily View Each Renewal Period
In the legacy system, only the original license and expiration date were shown, with future renewal periods auto-calculated in the background. This often caused confusion, as users saw only one license entry with no visibility into renewal history.
Now, each renewal period is displayed individually, giving you a clear, detailed view of your license status over time.
If a license is no longer active, you can simply mark it as inactive, and it will be stored in your Inactive Licenses section for future reference.

- Customize Your Renewal Periods for Accurate Tracking
Previously, in the legacy system, renewal periods were auto-calculated and could not be changed—even if your board granted extensions or adjusted deadlines.
Now, you have full control to define and edit each active renewal period, allowing for precise tracking of CE requirements based on your actual renewal timelines. This flexibility ensures your account accurately reflects your licensing status at all times.

- Why Does My License Say "Unmatched / Undefined"?
If your license now shows as "Unmatched / Undefined" after the transition to CE Zoom V2, it means we weren’t able to match it during the system upgrade. In the legacy system, we only supported dentistry, so your license was automatically tied to that industry.
Now that CE Zoom V2 supports multiple industries, we need you to manually select your industry and the correct license type to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.
To fix this:
Go to Manage Licenses, add your correct license, and then inactivate any licenses labeled as Unmatched/Undefined. This ensures your CE tracking aligns with the right rules and renewal periods.

Updates To Course Search
- Default Filters Based on Your Industry
Your course search results are now automatically filtered to match your professional license type or industry, helping you find relevant courses faster.
- Elite Courses Stand Out
Elite courses and events are now color-coded for quick recognition, making it easy to identify which options are included with your Elite membership.
If you're not yet on the Elite Plan, it's worth exploring—all Elite courses are included at no additional cost when you're subscribed.
- Quick Filters for Course Types
Easily search by course type using new quick filters—single courses, bundle deals, and conferences—for a faster and more targeted browsing experience.

Updates to Registrations
- Quick Filters by Event Type
Registrations are now broken out into categories—single courses, bundle deals, and conferences—making it easier to view and manage each type quickly.
- Filter by Status: Active or Cancelled
Each registration type can now be filtered by active or cancelled, giving you a clearer view of your current and past activity.
