How to Cancel Your Personal Plan If Your Office Covers Your CE Zoom (V2) Upgrade

Learn how to cancel your personal paid plan—without penalty—if your Office Manager account provides an upgrade and you're in a 12-month commitment.

If you're upgraded and log in to see a yellow notification stating that your upgrade is being covered by your Office Manager account, it means your office has provided you with an active upgraded subscription.

To switch over, simply contact us at help@cezoom.com. We’ll cancel your personal subscription without penalty—even if you're in a 12-month commitment—so you can begin using the upgrade provided through your office.
