AGD PACE Joint Providership with CE Zoom and Zoom Education
Thanks for your interest in becoming a Joint Program Provider with CE Zoom to offer your course. This is a very content-heavy email, but it is very important that read through all of it! You can also access all of this information HERE. where you will also find checklists!
AGD has a specific protocol that we are required to follow. We have simplified these protocols and have attached CE Zoom's Joint Program Provider Policies & Protocols, along with all required agreements that need to be signed.
We will need the following in order to approve your course:
- Please submit the PowerPoint deck for approval no less than 7 days prior to the event/course.
- Submit your presenter's bio/CV.
- Please spend some time watching this short video to learn more about what is and is not allowed in presentations.
- Signed Joint Provider Agreement (required 1x/year for your company) (ATTACHED)
- Signed Affidavit of Image Authenticity (one for each instructor per course) (ATTACHED)
- Please supply us with a post-course test (6 questions/per CE hour)
In addition to the above, I wanted to make you aware of a few other important action items:
- For you marketing materials (Flyers/Emails) that contain information about the course, we will need you to include both the AGD logo and joint provider logo (more information about this on page 9. Joint Program Provider Policies & Protocols under 5. Publicity). We will also need a copy of this information.
