This article explains what each attendance confirmation status means in CE Zoom (V2)
All courses you register for will appear under your Scheduled Courses section in CE Zoom (V2). Each course listing includes your attendance status
Your attendance has been confirmed!
The offering company has verified that you attended or completed the required coursework and you are eligible to receive CE credit for this course
Your attendance confirmation is still pending!
The course provider has not yet confirmed your attendance. You can still complete the test and survey, but your CE certificate will be withheld until your attendance is officially verified.
Marked ineligible, unable to issue CE credits
You were marked as ineligible by the course provider and will not receive credit for this course.
This may occur for several reasons, including:

You were not in attendance for the minimum required time

You did not pay in full or have an outstanding balance

You were found to have cheated

You did not pass the test within the minimum required attempts
If you believe this status is incorrect, please contact the course provider for clarification.
Course expried
The course has passed its expiration date. Even if you completed the content, CE credit cannot be awarded because the test must be successfully completed before the course expiration date.
