This article explains what each alert banner on your CE Zoom Dashboard means
Any important actions or alerts tied to your licenses will now appear directly on your main CE Zoom Dashboard when you log in. These warning banners are designed to grab your attention and usually include an action button that takes you exactly where you need to go to resolve the issue.
Failed Audit Notification
This alert means that one or more of your licenses were selected for an audit and did not meet compliance requirements. Click “View Records” to be directed to your My Certificates page. From there, select the failed license and renewal period to view any notes or flagged CE submitted during the audit.
You’ll need to complete any missing or non-compliant CE and then resubmit your transcript.
If you have an upgraded CE Zoom account, be sure to use the Transcript View to clearly see what’s incomplete and what still needs attention.
Chosen for Audit Notification
If you see a notice that one or more of your licenses has been chosen for audit, this is simply a heads-up that your license will need additional verification.
Once you are within your license's submission period, you’ll be required to submit your CE records for review. When that time comes, a “Submit Transcript” button will appear:
-
On the My CE page
-
Or on the Transcript page (if you have an upgraded account)
This process allows your licensing board or organization to review your submitted CE and ensure it meets all renewal requirements.
Submit CE Records to Verify Compliance
If you see a notification that one or more of your licenses requires you to submit CE records, this means your regulatory body mandates that all continuing education (CE) earned for that renewal cycle must be submitted for verification.
⚠️ Important:
This is not an audit. It is a standard process required for 100% CE submission. However, once submitted, your records may be reviewed further — and you could be selected for an audit afterward.
To complete the process:
-
Click “View Records” to access your My Certificates page.
-
From there, choose the applicable license and renewal period.
-
Ensure your CE is correctly uploaded and categorized.
-
Click “Submit Transcript” once everything is in order.
If you have an upgraded account, you can also view this through the Transcript tab for a more detailed compliance breakdown.
