Understanding the Dashboard of an Executive Suite on CE Zoom (V2)

Overview:
The Executive Suite dashboard provides a high-level view of your organization's CE compliance structure. It shows region, office, and employee data with dynamic filters, pending connection notifications, and upcoming features. Here's a breakdown of each element:

Dashboard Features:

Use these filters to adjust the data shown in your stats cards.

  • Default View: Shows company-wide stats.

  • Custom View: Narrow stats by selecting one or more regions and offices.

  • These filters are multi-select for easy comparison across different parts of your organization.

3. Regions Count
Displays the total number of regions your organization has—or how many are currently selected using the filter.

4. Offices Count
Shows how many offices are in your organization or within the selected regions.

5. Employees Count
Tells you how many employees are connected to the selected offices and regions.

6. Notification Icons
Appears when you have pending requests:

  • On the Office card: Requests from new offices

  • On the Employee card: Requests from new employees

This upcoming feature will give you a comprehensive overview of all employee compliance metrics, including:

  • CE progress

  • License renewal deadlines

  • Full tracker access for each employee
    This will help your office support CE and license compliance across your entire team.

Create custom compliance groups tailored to each office’s internal training needs. Examples include:

  • New hire onboarding

  • Role-specific CE

  • Annual internal training refreshers

9. Federal & State Compliance Groups (Coming Soon)
Track and manage both CE & non-CE compliance requirements such as:

  • OSHA

  • HIPAA

  • CPR certification

  • Any other regulatory training required by law for your office
    These groups help ensure your team remains compliant with industry and legal standards.
