2. Total Professionals

This section shows all professionals with licenses managed by your agency.

  • Pre-select professionals for audit

  • Create compliance orders

  • View audit history for each professional

3. Submitted for CE Completion Verification

If your agency requires all professionals to submit proof of CE compliance, submissions will appear here.

You can:

  • Review all transcripts submitted for verification

  • Enable auto-fail for non-compliant submissions, which instantly denies the transcript, marks it as failed, and notifies the professional

4. Chosen for Audit

All professionals who have been selected for audit will have their CE transcripts deposited here. These are pending audit and must be reviewed by your agency.

5. Pending Re-submission | Pending Compliance Orders

Tracks any professionals who:

  • Failed a previous audit and are pending resubmission

  • Have been issued a compliance order that hasn’t yet been fulfilled

This helps you stay on top of professionals with incomplete or overdue requirements.

6. Green Light Ready

This bucket holds all transcripts that:

  • Have passed an audit, or

  • Were not selected for audit

An API call can be triggered from this status to inform your internal system that a professional is ready to proceed with their license renewal.

7. Closed

A historical archive of all processed transcripts, including:

  • Submissions not audited but accepted

  • Completed audits

  • Fulfilled compliance orders

You can review past submissions or even select records for future audits as needed.
