The utilization of CE Zoom to manage your free and paid registrations*, course rosters, surveys, and CE Certificate distribution is charged on a per course bases. CE Zoom has created different package so you are sure to find one that is perfect for you needs, whether you are a small company, large organization, or just starting out with offering CE.
*If you will be utilizing CE Zoom paid registrations please note merchant fees and any applicable service fees are not included in the course posting fee.
If you do not have an approved provider affiliation, CE Zoom has partnered with Zoom Educations to offer an AGD PACE joint-providership. All AGD PACE joint provider rules and protocol must be followed and approval is not guaranteed
Package Options
Non-membership packages
A La Cart = 1 course posting
Bundle and save = 10 course postings
Bundle MORE & Save = 20 course postings
All three of these packages are a one-time, non-recurring payment. The number of allotted course will be deposited into your account instantly after successful payment. You will have 365 days to use the course posting(s). You do not have to offer your course(s) within the 365 days, you just have to post/add your course(s) on CE Zoom within 365 days of the date of purchase. All unused course postings can not be saved or rolled over after the 365 days.
Membership Packages
The above 6 packages are all membership/subscription packages with recurring billing.
Monthly Options:
All subscriptions will automatically be billed each month. Failure to pay will end your subscription and forfeit all unused course postings associated with the subscription. The number of allotted course will be deposited into your account instantly after each successful monthly payment. You will have 31 days to use all course postings. All unused course postings each month can not be saved or be rolled over after the 31 days to the next month.
Cancel at any time with no minimum time requirements. Please Note: All unused courses will be forfeited when you cancel.
No refunds will be issued.
Need fewer courses? Downgrade at any time. The newly selected downgraded subscription plan will replace your current subscription and billed on the same billing cycle as your original subscription.
Need more courses? Upgrade anytime. Upgrades will replace your current plan, will start immediately, and you will start a new billing cycle. You will instantly get the new allotted course posting when you have a successful payment for the new upgraded subscription.
Yearly Options:
All subscriptions will automatically be billed each year. The number of allotted course postings will be deposited into your account instantly after your successful yearly payment. You will have 365 days to use course postings. All unused course postings can not be saved or rolled over after the 365 days to the following year.
Cancel at any time with no minimum time requirements. Please Note: All unused courses will be forfeited when you cancel.

Need more courses? Upgrade anytime. Upgrades will replace your current plan, will start immediately, and you will start a new billing cycle. You will instantly get the new allotted course posting when you have a successful payment for the new upgraded subscription.
AGD PACE Joint Providership
Please note this feature can not be pre-purchased and is paid each time it is selected when adding the course.
CE Zoom, LLC has partnered with Zoom Education, LLC to offer companies without an approved provider affiliation an AGD PACE joint providership. Selecting yes and paying for AGD Joint Providership during the course posting process does not guarantee approval. All AGD joint provider protocols must be followed prior to the approval of a joint providership. If approval is denied, all pre-paid AGD joint provider fees minus a $50 administrative review fee will be refunded.
There are 2 AGD PACE Joint Provider options for your course.
A. One time- If you are only offering this course 1 time this is your best option. The cost for this option is based on credit hours offered (refer to packages, plans, and upgrades for pricing).
B. Repeatedly for one year- if your course is a self study course, or if you will be offering this course multiple times throughout the year, you will want to select repeatedly for one year. This option allows you to pay 1x for the joint provider approval and be able to offer the course for 365 days with the AGD PACE joint providership. The cost of this option is a one time fee for the year (refer to packages, plans, and upgrades for pricing).
If you have your own provider affiliation or do not wish to have a program provider approval you are not obligated to this service.
