Contact Info


The My Account- Contact Info page allows you to manage and update essential account details for communication, billing, and official correspondence. Contact Info

1. First Name / Last Name: Enter your legal first name as you'd like it to appear on your account and CE certificates.

2. Title (Optional) Enter your professional title if applicable (e.g., DDS, RDH, CEO). This field is optional and for display purposes only.

3. Phone Number
Input your preferred phone number for account-related contact or support purposes. Use the dropdown to select your country code.

4. Country
Select your country of residence or where you primarily practice/work. This helps tailor your CE Zoom experience based on location-specific requirements.

5. Billing Address
Enter your complete billing address, including street name and number. This is required for accurate licensing and CE reporting, and tax calculations during registrations.

6. Update Picture

Click “Update Picture” to upload your company logo or profile image. This image may appear will appear on public-facing pages tied to your CE Zoom account.

Tip for Large Images:
If your logo or image is too large to upload or doesn’t fit well or within the space:

  • Take a screenshot of just the part you want to use.

  • Crop the screenshot so it’s square and focused on your logo or graphic.

  • Save and upload the new, smaller image.

This quick method can help reduce the file size and ensure the image displays correctly in your profile.

Login Information

Understanding the Login Information Page

The Login Information section allows you to securely manage your CE Zoom account credentials. This includes your email address used to log in and your account password.

Keeping this information up to date helps protect your account and ensures you receive important communications from CE Zoom.


Quick Links:

1. Update Your Email

Your email address is your account’s primary login and the destination for all system notifications.

To update your email:

  • Click save to confirm the change (you may be asked to verify it via email).

  • Log in using your new email going forward.

2. Update Your Password

To keep your account secure, it's a good idea to update your password regularly.

To change your password:

  • Click save to confirm the new password.

Use a strong password with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols for the best security.

Understanding Your Bio

If you are a presenter, the bio you enter here will be publicly displayed on any course where you are listed as the presenter. This is your opportunity to introduce yourself to attendees by highlighting your background, credentials, and expertise. A well-written bio helps build trust and sets the tone for your course.

Be sure to keep it professional, relevant, and up to date! 

What to Include in Your Bio:


    • Your professional background (e.g., years of experience, area of specialty)

    • Credentials, Certifications or degrees (e.g., DDS, RDH, MD, MPH)

    • Practice or employer details (if relevant)

    • Speaking experience or topics of interest (great for presenters)

    • Fun fact or personal statement (optional, but humanizing)

Enter your professional bio in the editor. You can format the text using the toolbar (e.g., bold, bullet points, links, etc.).

Click “Save changes” to update your profile.

Understanding the Plan History Page

The Plan History page provides a complete record of your subscription plans on CE Zoom. It shows the plan type, payment details, billing dates, and the current status of each plan.

What Each Column Means:

  • Plan: The name of the plan you subscribed to and the cost per year (e.g., Pro or Elite).

  • Billing Period: Indicates whether your plan is billed yearly or monthly. Please note that all plans are a 12-month contract.

  • Start Date: The date your subscription began.

  • Next Billing: The next scheduled payment date.

    • For monthly plans, this will be every month.

    • For yearly plans, this reflects the renewal date and the next auto payment submission date.

  • Cancel At: Shows when a cancellation is scheduled (if applicable).

  • Amount Due: The remaining balance, if any, for the current billing period.

  • Amount Paid: The total amount thats remaining for your subscription year.

  • Status: Displays whether the plan is Active or Canceled.

The Presenter Info section is where you define your speaking availability and professional focus as a course presenter on CE Zoom. This information helps event organizers and companies match you with relevant speaking opportunities.

What You Can Set Here:

  • Countries – Select the countries where you are available to present or hold credentials to teach.

  • Industries – Choose the industries you specialize in (e.g., Dentistry, Healthcare, Compliance).

  • Topics – Identify the subjects you are qualified and comfortable presenting on.

Employee Info

The Employee Info Settings section allows CE Zoom users to define their professional role and work focus by selecting relevant countries and industries.

This information helps companies filter and manage their employees, including assigning account managers based on shared industries or locations. Keeping this section accurate ensures you're properly grouped and supported within your organization.
