The Account Manager section allows you to grant CE Zoom Tech Support controlled access to your account.
Personal CE Zoom accounts have the ability to grant CE Zoom Tech Support limited access as an account manager. By default, CE Zoom is authorized to assist with your account, but you can remove or modify these permissions at any time.
Important: Limiting or removing CE Zoom's access may delay support for both you and your attendees. We recommend keeping this access enabled to ensure timely assistance when issues arise.
