Section Overview: Managing Surveys Within The Course Wizard

Configure how surveys are managed and whether attendee completion is required before CE Certificates are issued.

The Managing Surveys section determines whether surveys will be administered through CE Zoom for the selected course.

By default, survey management is disabled and No is selected.

Select Yes if you would like CE Zoom to manage survey distribution, track attendee responses and completion, and issue surveys as part of the course completion process. Screenshot 2026-06-22 at 10.09.59 AM

 

Enabling this option will display the Survey Manager, allowing you to select or create a survey for the course and to define whether survey completion is Required or Optional for attendees.

  • Required Surveys must be completed before a CE Certificate can be issued.
  • Optional Surveys allow attendees to skip survey completion and still receive their CE Certificate.

This section helps ensure you collect the feedback you need while controlling how surveys impact the attendee completion process.
