Joint Provider Add-On (Dentistry Only)
The Joint Provider add-on is currently available for Dentistry courses only.
AGD-PACE (Academy of General Dentistry – Program Approval for Continuing Education) is a program that recognizes CE courses for AGD credit. If your organization is not an AGD-PACE provider but wants your course to count for AGD credit, you may request CE Zoom to act as your Joint Provider.
One-Time Approval
Choose this option if you are offering the course one time only and need it recognized for AGD-PACE CE credit.

If you offer the same course again:

The course must go through the Joint Provider process again

The joint provider fee and course posting fee will apply again

This option is best for one-off events or limited offerings.
Annual Approval
Choose this option if you plan to offer the same course multiple times within a year.

The course is reviewed and accepted following AGD-PACE protocol

Once accepted, an Approved Course Template is created

You may offer unlimited identical sessions of that course for 365 days

No additional joint provider fees apply for each session during that year

Course posting credits still apply for each individual offering
⚠️ Important Consistency Requirements for Annual Recognition
For annual recognition, all course details must remain exactly the same, including:

Course title and content

Learning objectives
-
CE hours

Presenter(s)**
- Test, Surveys, Certificates
**Presenter validation is part of the approval process. Presenters are not interchangeable.
If multiple presenters will teach the same course, each presenter’s version must go through the approval process and pay the joint provider fee.
Recommendation for High-Volume Courses
If you plan to offer the same course more than 10 times, we recommend using the Repeated Course option to streamline setup and maintain compliance.
Joint Provider (Industries other then Dentistry)

If your selected course industry is not Dentistry, you will see a message stating: "Joint Provider is not available."

No action is needed—simply click Continue to proceed with your course setup.
