From this page, you can view your current credit balances, see how credits were applied to each course, and review payment and usage history.
How to View Your Purchase History on CE Zoom (V2)

From your dashboard, hover over “Packages, Plans, and Upgrades” in the navigation menu.

Click “Purchase History” from the expanded dropdown.

You’ll be taken to the Purchase History screen. By default, this screen will show Course Postings.

To view purchase history for other services (like AGD Postings, Repeated Courses, etc.), click the “View History” button under each corresponding service box.
Reviewing Your Purchases

Scroll down to see all purchases made for the selected credit type, with the most recent purchases listed first.

For each entry, you'll see:

Total Credits Purchased

Remaining Credits
-
Purchase Date
-
Valid Days
-
Expiration Date
-
Amount Paid
-
Payment Method & Source

See How Credits Were Used
To see which courses or events used your credits:

Click “View use” next to the purchase.

A detailed list will show each course title, consumed date, credits used, presenters, add-ons, course date, and status (e.g., Posted or Draft).
This feature helps you track spending, credit usage, and plan future postings more efficiently.
