1. License & CE Period Filters
Use the drop downs options to select the license and CE period you want to view. This helps narrow down your CE records to the specific license and CE Renewal period you're managing.
2. Total Earned CE Hours
Displays the total number of CE hours you've completed for the selected license and CE period.
3. Audit or Submission Notification
Alerts you if there's a required action for the selected license—such as an audit failure or the need to submit your CE record transcript for compliance review by a regulatory body.
4. Submit/Re-Submit CE Transcript Button
Click this to submit or resubmit your CE transcript to your regulatory body once all requirements are complete and compliant.
5. Add CE Certificate
Use this button to manually upload a CE certificate and associated CE activity information -this is used when a CE Activity are have been taken outside of the CE Zoom platform.
6. Search Bar
Quickly search through your CE records by typing in course titles, keywords, or dates. Helpful for locating a specific record.
7. CE Records Table
Lists all CE courses for the selected license and CE period. Includes details like title, earn date, credits, source, and presenter. Use the Manage Certificates button located in the "Actions" column to view or print certificates.
