All live courses managed through CE Zoom must be verified with the verification code displayed/announced at the conclusion of the course.
This article explains what to do if you did not receive a verification code during a live or virtual CE course on CE Zoom. Verification codes are displayed and announced aloud during the course, and it is your responsibility to note the code when it is shared. If you missed it, here’s what you need to know.
Important Reminder:
Verification codes are not sent via email or text. They are announced live by the presenter or moderator at the conclusion of the course.
Why Didn’t I Get the Code?
If you didn’t receive the code, it likely means one of the following occurred:
-
You were not logged in or actively participating when the code was announced
-
You stepped away and missed the moment the code was shared
What to Do Next:
-
Check with a colleague or attendee who was present for the code
-
Review any course materials or recordings if the event organizer made them available
-
Reach out to the course provider to explain the situation. It is up to them whether they will share the code or allow an alternative verification method.

Note:
CE Zoom cannot re-issue or provide verification codes. Only the course provider or presenter can determine whether a missed code can be reissued or if credit can still be awarded.
⚠️ Courses offered by CE Zoom will not be re-issued.
