How to View the Refund Policy and Request a Refund
Refunds are not automatically processed through CE Zoom. View the refund policy for instructions on who to contact to request a refund.

Click "My Registrations" from the left navigation menu.

Select the type of event you need to view the refund policy for by clicking the appropriate tab — Single Courses, Conferences, or Bundles

In the Actions column, hover over “Manage Registrations” for the event you want to view the refund policy for to expand the dropdown menu

Click “Refund Policy/Request” from the dropdown.
