How to View a Tracker From the Licensee’s Perspective (Agency Accounts – CE Zoom V2)
Preview how CE requirements appear to your professionals
Overview:
As a regulatory agency using CE Zoom, you have the ability to preview the CE tracker exactly as it appears to licensees. This feature helps ensure the layout, requirements, and groupings are clear and accurate before professionals begin submitting CE for validation.
Steps to View the Tracker From the Licensee's Point of View:

From your agency dashboard, hover over the Tracker tab in the side navigation menu.

Select License / Tracker Manager.

Use the filters (if needed) to locate the industry and license type you want to preview.

Under the Actions column for that license, hover over Manage Tracker.

Click View Tracker.
This will open a read-only version of the tracker in the same format your professionals will see when managing their CE requirements. You can use this view to verify:

Group names and rule descriptions

CE hour or course minimums
-
Toggle switch logic (if applicable)

Visibility of tracking rules and explanations
