Supporting documentation helps verify your continuing education record while providing a secure digital copy for future reference, licensing audits, and long-term record retention. Although uploading documentation is optional, we strongly recommend attaching your certificates and supporting documents whenever possible. Storing them with your CE record keeps your records organized, readily accessible, protected from being lost, misplaced, or damaged, and audit-ready whenever documentation is requested.

Upload your CE certificate, transcript, or other documentation that verifies successful completion of the continuing education activity. If your documentation contains multiple pages, combine them into a single PDF before uploading.
