Section Overview: Manual CE Upload - Earn Date
Enter the date you successfully completed and earned credit for the continuing education activity.
Basic Info
Earned date: Date the CE Activity was completed (should correspond to the date on the CE Certificate)

The Earned Date is the date you successfully completed the continuing education activity and earned CE credit. This date should match the completion date listed on your CE certificate or supporting documentation.
Earned Date Guidelines
- Live Courses: Enter the date you attended and successfully completed the course.
Important: If a live course spans multiple days, create a separate CE record for each day attended. Allocate only the CE hours earned for that specific day. Do not combine multiple days into a single CE record, as each attendance date should be tracked separately to ensure accurate compliance reporting and auditing.
- Self-Study & On-Demand Courses: Enter the date you successfully completed and passed the required test or assessment.
- Non-Course CE Activities: Enter the date the activity was completed or the date you were officially recognized for completing it. For example, use the publication date for a published article or the completion date listed on supporting documentation for activities such as volunteer service, committee participation, inspections, or teaching.
