Follow the steps below to view and upgrade your CE Zoom account based on your professional licenses:
How to Access the Plans Page in Your CE Zoom Dashboard

Log in to your CE Zoom (V2) account.

From the left-hand menu, click My Account.

Click the Plans tab at the top of the page.
You will now see the Professional Pricing Plans page, where you can select your industry and licenses to view and upgrade available plans.
Step 1: Select Your Industry

Use the Industry dropdown to choose the field related to the licenses you want to upgrade.

Only seeing Elite? If you haven’t added any licenses to your account, Elite may be the only membership option available. Add all the licenses you want to manage and track to see the full range of membership options available for your licenses.

Step 2: View Available Plans

If upgradeable plans are available, Pro and Elite plan cards will appear below.

If all your licenses are not fully supported with a CE compliance tracker, the Pro Plan will not be available. Instead, you’ll only see the option to upgrade to Elite.

If You Have Not Added a License
If you have not added any licenses to your CE Zoom account, you will see a Heads Up! notification letting you know that license-specific membership options cannot be displayed yet.
If Elite is available for your selected industry, you will still have the option to upgrade to an Elite Membership, even without a license added.
To view all membership options available for your specific license type and access license-specific compliance tracking, add your licenses to your account first.

Step 3: Compare Plan Options

Each pricing card defaults to showing the Yearly subscription rate.

To view monthly pricing, click the Monthly tab on each individual plan card.

Pricing is unique to each plan (Basic, Pro, or Elite) and will update based on the Industry.
Step 4: Choose and Click "Upgrade"

Click the Upgrade button on the plan you want to purchase.
Step 5: Confirm Terms & Conditions

A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your understanding:

Monthly plans = 12-month commitment
-
Yearly plans = annual payment
-
No refunds will be issued
- All memberships are auto-renewed

Check the box and click Continue.
Upgrading Your Membership
If you choose to upgrade your membership before the end of your current billing cycle, any unused portion of your existing membership fees will be automatically prorated and applied as credit toward your new membership.
Once all prorated credits have been applied, your account will transition to your new membership’s active rate (whether standard pricing or a discounted rate if you applied a promo code). That rate will be charged for all recurring billing cycles going forward.
Step 6: Enter Payment Details

Complete the payment screen by:

Entering your email, card info, and billing details

Agreeing to the Terms of Payment

Clicking Subscribe

You're now upgraded! 🎉
