How to Update the Submission Language from Your Agency CE Zoom (V2) Account

Customize the attestation statement licensees agree to before submitting their CE transcripts

Overview

CE Zoom provides a default submission statement that licensees must agree to before submitting their CE transcripts. However, your agency has the option to customize this language to meet your specific legal or compliance requirements.

All custom text will be displayed to the licensee immediately after the default phrase:
"By clicking submit..."

 

How to Access Submission Language Settings:

How to Customize the Language:

  1. Toggle the setting to Yes to enable custom languageScreen Shot 2025-06-06 at 11.11.27 AM

  2. Enter the desired text you want professionals to read and agree to before submission

    • This will appear directly after: “By clicking submit...”Screen Shot 2025-06-06 at 11.10.29 AM

  3. Click Save to apply your changes

⚠️ Reminder: The phrase “By clicking submit...” is a required preface and cannot be removed or edited. Your custom statement will follow this phrase to form the full attestation.
