Manage how your office is affiliated, displayed, and searchable for corporate group connections.
Overview
Your office affiliation settings determine how your location is categorized on CE Zoom and whether corporate entities can search for and connect with your office. Follow the steps below to update your affiliation status.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Go to Corporate Connections
From your Dashboard, click “View all” under the Corporate Connections section.
2. Affiliation Settings
Within the Corporate Connections page, locate the Affiliation Settings section.
3. Choose the Option That Best Describes Your Office Structure
🔹 Single Office | Business, No Corporate Affiliations
Select this if your business is a standalone office with no ties to any other locations or corporate entities.

Your office will not appear in corporate searches.

You will operate independently of any group structure.
🔹 Make Office Searchable, Corporate Affiliations Not Yet Established
Choose this if:

Your office is part of a corporate group or multi-location network,

But the corporate entity is not yet listed on CE Zoom.
This allows corporate accounts to search for and request a connection with your office once they create their account.
🔹 Corporate Entity Listed in the Dropdown List
If your corporate group already exists on CE Zoom:

Select the group name from the dropdown.

Your office will only be visible to that corporate entity for connection requests.
4. Save Your Settings
Click Save to apply and confirm your updated office affiliation status.
