How to Remove a Provider from Your Agency Master Provider List

Delete a provider-specific entry to remove custom rules and return to default category-based tracking

Overview

If your agency no longer needs to track or apply individualized limitations to a specific CE provider, you can remove them from your Agency Master Provider List.
Once removed, any provider-specific rules—such as hour limitations, effective dates, or custom classifications—will no longer apply, and the provider will revert to default category-based tracking only.

 

Steps to Remove a Provider:

  1. From your agency dashboard, hover over Tracker in the side navigation bar

  2. Click on Master Approved Provider ManagerScreen Shot 2025-06-06 at 1.43.22 PM

  3. Navigate to the Agency Master List tabScreen Shot 2025-06-06 at 11.27.01 AM

  4. Find the provider you wish to remove

  5. Hover over the Manage Provider button under the Actions column

  6. Click Remove Provider

  7. Confirm the removal when prompted

 

⚠️ Important Note

Removing a provider from your Agency Master List will:

  • Delete any hour limitations or active date rules previously applied

  • Discontinue any provider-specific tracking

  • Revert the provider to industry-level defaults and category-based rules only

If the provider remains in the industry list, you can re-add them at any time to reapply specific tracking.
