How to Remove a Connected Office from an Executive Suite on CE Zoom (V2)

Disconnect a linked office when it no longer needs to be managed under your suite

Overview:

Executive Suites can disconnect offices that no longer need access to shared CE Zoom features or compliance oversight. Once disconnected, the office will lose access to any upgraded benefits provided by the suite and will no longer appear in your compliance tracking.

Steps to Remove an Office:

  1. From your Dashboard, scroll to the Office section and click “View All.”Screenshot 2025-06-11 at 7.01.17 AM

  2. Click the “Connected Offices” tab at the top of the Office Manager.Screenshot 2025-06-11 at 7.47.50 AM

  3. Use the search bar or filters to quickly locate the office you want to remove.

  4. On the office card, click the “Disconnect” button.Screenshot 2025-06-11 at 8.00.42 AM

  5. In the confirmation prompt, click “Confirm” to finalize the disconnection.Screenshot 2025-06-11 at 8.01.10 AM
