How to Navigate and Use the Total Professionals Manager
Use the Total Professionals Manager to view, audit, and manage all professionals under your agency’s jurisdiction.
How to Access:
To open the Total Professionals Manager, click the “View all” link in the Total Professionals section of your dashboard.
Key Features and Tools:

1. Pre-Select for Audit
Use this tool to randomly audit a percentage of professionals within the current renewal cycle

Choose the percentage you’d like to audit.

To limit who is included, apply filters before running the tool.

2. Manage Professionals
Click “Manage Professionals” to:

3. Professional Name
Lists the name of each professional connected to your agency.
4. License Name
Displays the name of the license the professional holds.
5. Industry
Shows which industry the license is associated with—useful for agencies managing multiple industries or jurisdictions.
6. License/Permit Number
The unique number associated with the professional’s license.
7. Audit History
Shows previous audit actions and results, including date and status.
8. Filters
Use the Filter tool to narrow professionals by license type and industry.
