How to Navigate and Use the Submitted for CE Completion Verification Manager

Manage transcripts from professionals who are required to submit CE documentation for every renewal cycle.

Overview:
This manager houses all submitted transcripts from professionals who are required by your agency to provide CE documentation for every renewal. Based on your agency's configuration settings, CE Zoom can automatically move fully compliant transcripts to the Green Light Ready bucket—streamlining your process and leaving only non-compliant submissions for your review.

Instructions:

  1. Access the Manager:

    • From your Agency Dashboard, click on "View All" within the Submitted for CE Completion Verification section.Screen Shot 2025-06-03 at 7.10.05 PM

  2. Review Transcripts:

    • All transcripts shown here are pending review. They’ve been submitted for verification by professionals who must submit documentation each cycle.

    • If your agency has enabled the auto-approval setting, compliant transcripts may already be moved to the Green Light Ready bucket. What remains are transcripts that either failed automatic validation or require manual review.

  3. Determine Next Steps:

For each submitted transcript, you have two primary options:

  •  Choose to Audit
Select individual or multiple transcripts to place under audit review. This allows your agency to verify CE documentation more closely before confirming compliance.

  • Move to Green Light Ready
If no audit is needed, you can move the transcript to the Green Light Ready bucket. This action initiates the next compliance steps. The transcript will be stored in the Closed Management section for future reference, if needed.

Note:
If set up, this manager helps your agency stay in control of compliance while allowing automation for qualified submissions. Only non-compliant or incomplete transcripts remain for manual processing, allowing you to focus where it's needed most.
